STORY BEHIND BOAT SONG
Hi there!..you good?!?..hope uko sawa haha..so let me take this opportunity to officially introduce myself. The name is Solo Gith ( Mr. Solotastic ) haha..ill tell you where this Mr. Solotastic name came from soon enough #longstory so for now allow me to skip that bit :)
Hmm, Where were we...owh yes!..so Solo Gith is a guitarist/singer songwriter who is just so crazy about music...mahn life is just pointless without music right??..just imagine for a second how distasteful life would be.........yea thought so..you cant even imagine that..its that tragic! haha. Music music music is the stuff and i'm quite open minded about it, especially in terms of genre but i tend to be more inclined towards Jazz, Soft rock and Soul but nway, good music is good music at the end of the day.
So Boat song!....this is a song i discovered later after finishing high school and i remember putting it on repeat and playing it everywhere be it whether am showering or going sijui where haha, and i told myself i'll do that song someday! Problem is i lost my phone along with my music (this pick pocketers nkt ) and forgot all about the song for quite a while, but then a few weeks ago i'm just messing around YouTube discovering and listening to amazing music from artists i didn't know about and there she was!..as a YouTube recommendation..oh yes there she was..she looked at me i looked at her and the memories just came rushing back in..the rest is history xD
Soon enough Boat Song had sliced the initial song i was thinking of producing and being my first production i was really proud of it and i decided to dedicate and share it out to you guys, especially because of its message. Hope it was of some value to you coz really that's what its all about for me, impacting peoples lives positively with my music.
